Application scope and characteristics of tuning fork type level switch
The tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. Suitable for almost all liquid media, as well as for measuring medium density solid powders or particles that can flow freely. Due to the lack of moving parts and relatively low mechanical wear, the tuning fork level switch does not require maintenance and adjustment, making it simple and convenient to use.
In addition, the level switch adopts new foreign technologies and imported chips, which have the advantages of long service life, stable performance, safety and reliability, as well as strong adaptability (different electrical parameters and densities of the measured medium do not affect the measurement), no need for calibration (no on-site calibration is required for any measured medium), and maintenance free characteristics. It is widely used in the process control of level in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, grain and other industries.
Strong universality: It can be applied to the measurement of various conductive and non-conductive media, such as liquids, viscous substances, particles, powders, and fly ash.
Anti adhesion: Using patented anti adhesion circuits, false signals generated by material adhesion can be eliminated.
Detachable probe: There is no cable connection between the controller and the probe, and the controller can be removed, replaced, and repaired at any time without affecting the entry and exit of materials.
High and low temperature resistance: suitable for working environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 220 ℃.
Output form: It adopts a double pole double throw relay signal output, with a status light displaying the output status and a delay function from 0 to 30 seconds.
